LS Metal Owner
 Ever since he was a young boy in Europe, Luka has always loved to work with his hands. At the young age of 14 he began working as an apprentice at his uncles shop. After learning about different metals, temperatures, and how to create molten metal into beautiful pieces of work, Lou was ready to pursue his dream. Lou wanted to work with different metals and to mix and incorporate different metals with different elements such as copper, zinc. He also wanted his own shop.
When arriving in Canada in 1970 Lou was employed at a variety of different foundries learning all the tricks of the trade. In 1981 his dream came true in a small 2500 sq. ft. unit, which Lou established as LS Metal Foundry, Inc. His vast knowledge in metals and casting was remarkable and impressed everyone within the manufacturing sector. After acquiring his first major client, Luka made his mark. Honeywell Canada, Inc. was a huge blue chip client and was now looking to LS Metal Foundry Inc., for their aluminum and zinc castings.
To this day LS Metal has continued their success and Lou has expanded to a new modern 18000 sq. ft. facility which houses five furnaces and many machines including an aluminum tilt pour machine. As a proud owner Lou continues his success and the expansion of LS Metal Foundry Inc, one of the leading quality permanent mould aluminum and zinc casting manufacturers in North America.
